By accessing or using Moment Bloom ("momentbloom.life"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Moment Bloom provides a personalized animated reel creation service. Users upload photos and provide details about their occasion, and we create custom animated video reels delivered via email within 48 hours of payment.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are processed through our secure payment provider. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. Each order includes one free revision. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By submitting photos, you grant Moment Bloom a limited license to use them solely for creating your ordered reel. We do not share, sell, or use your photos for any other purpose.

5. Delivery

Completed reels are delivered via a secure download link sent to your registered email address. The link provides lifetime access to your reel in both MP4 and GIF formats.

6. Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver your reel within the promised timeframe, or if the final product does not match the agreed-upon specifications after your free revision, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at support@momentbloom.life.
